United Airline Delayed Luggages - United Airline Flight Ticket


On September 3, 2016 I departed Houston Intercontinental Airport U.S.A. with United Airline for Lagos, Nigeria via O'Hare Chicago, Illinois U.S.A.; Frankfurt, Germany; and Heathrow, U.K. My three luggages with very important necessities did not arrive in Lagos until three weeks after my arrival resulting to my purchasing some of the necessities in the luggages. I am requesting refund of my flight ticket in the next fourteen business days otherwise I am considering seeking legal options including contacting the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, Department of Commerce, and the International Airline Passengers Association to resolve this issue. I returned from the trip on October 31, 2016.
