  • Missed flight because United made us late

    We were late getting to our final destination in Maui because the plane was late leaving Houston.we ran to the terminal where we watched the plane pull away at 414 pm when it was supposed to leave at 417. The plane left 8 of us standing at the gate. We had to spend the night in San Francisco and leave Wednesday June 28 2017. We already paid for our room in Maui which was 540 a night and a rental car that cost 170 . United paid for our room at the Crowne plaza and did not give us any meal compensation.our vacation has been delayed a day because of your company's tardiness. We were... More...
