  • United Airline Delayed Luggages

    On September 3, 2016 I departed Houston Intercontinental Airport U.S.A. with United Airline for Lagos, Nigeria via O'Hare Chicago, Illinois U.S.A.; Frankfurt, Germany; and Heathrow, U.K. My three luggages with very important necessities did not arrive in Lagos until three weeks after my arrival resulting to my purchasing some of the necessities in the luggages.   • united scheduling

    We are 2 senior citizens on a strict budget and planned this trip for a couple of years. We booked and paid for 2 tickets in good faith to our schedule that fits our needs. United changes our arrival time by 6 hours which creates quite a problem for us. We can understand a few minutes but not 6 hours. They tell us we can rebook on another airline but must pay the extra.   • Midlnd Tx customer service agent

    You have an agent at Midland International Airport in Midland Tx that was really nasty and inconsiderate to myself and my handicapped son that was sitting in a wheel chair. He didn't want to assist us nor did he want the person that eventually came on duty to help us. He was making commits about my son while he was helping a group of 13 reroute to Alaska and Dubai I believe was on their stop but he didn't want our agent to help us he wanted us to call the 800# and do it ourselves.   • Damaged goods

    I was returning to Tucson,AZ from the DC airport flying with United. I had 1 piece of luggage that was not a carry-on. Inside I had my nebulizer and it was very well protected. I also had TSA put FRAGILE stickers on the suitcase. Three of them in fact,when I got to Tucson I noticed damages to my suitcase. Well, I have limited ability to carry items so I had bought a suitcase with wheels. Not only was the wheel gone but so was part of my suitcase.   • For 6 years I have avoided...

    For 6 years I have avoided flying on United Airlines. In 2001 I was booked on a flight out of Denver to New Orleans. My 26 year old daughter lived in New Orleans and had suffered a brain anuerysm and was dying. I borded the plane with my son, hoping to get to New Orleans before she was gone.
